Thank you for choosing a CottonMat product.
All our products are manufactured in the most modern and certified factories, with the strictest hygiene rules and go through thorough quality controls.
Nevertheless, the possibility of material failure in some product exists and for this reason they are covered by a warranty that accompanies them.

Analytically:

1) Mattresses/ Mattresses
The mattresses/top mattresses are covered by a guarantee of up to 10 years and it concerns their replacement.
* Replacement guarantee from the date of issue of the invoice or proof of purchase and up to the 5th year.
* From the 6th to the 8th year replacement guarantee with the customer's participation at 50% of the value of the new product.
* From the 9th to the 10th year replacement guarantee with the customer's participation at 80% of the value of the new product.

The warranty is valid as long as the invoice or proof of purchase is present and covers any defects in the materials or the construction of the mattress/overlay resulting from correct
use.
The guarantee requires proper care of the mattress according to the following care instructions:

* Placing the mattress on the correct support surface. It is recommended to place it on a base/substrate with a one-piece support surface. In the case of the bed with slats then the space between the slats should not exceed 3 cm.
* Every 3 months it is necessary to change the side of the mattress/topper, top-down/head-feet, which ensures the necessary rest of the materials without losing the comfort and support properties of the body.
* The use of a protective cover is necessary to prevent the ingress of moisture on the surface and inside of the mattress/overlay. It keeps it clean of human secretions during sleep and ensures excellent hygienic conditions.
A HEAVY DIRTY MAT LOSES ITS WARRANTY.
* The mattress/top layer must remain dry. It should not be washed or wet. If it gets dirty, it should be cleaned locally with a microfiber cloth and the use of a mild detergent. The use of harsh detergents destroys the anti-allergic and antibacterial properties of fabrics. Do not use a steam cleaner, the steam enters the interior and will create moisture, thus mites, micro-organisms and mold grow. Also the high temperature of the steam will destroy the foam materials and the antibacterial and anti-allergic properties of the fabrics. For the same reason you should not iron on the mattress/top.
If the mattress/top layer gets wet, let it dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct exposure to sunlight. Do not place it near heating bodies to dry, alternatively use a dehumidifier.
* Air the mattress regularly every 2 months at least, leaving it uncovered for a few hours.
* The mattress should not bend - crease. In this case, irreparable damages and deformations will be created in the springs and it is excluded from the warranty. For the same reason, children should be prevented from using the mattress as a trampoline.
Spring deformations are not repaired.

General information
* The foam materials of the mattresses/toppers adapt to the curves of the body to hug it to provide the appropriate support and comfort levels. A retreat on their surface of up to 3 cm is not a defect.
* The dimensions of the layers/top layers may have a deviation of up to 2 cm due to the nature of their materials.
* The characteristic smell of new that appears in all products disappears after a reasonable period of time.
* The adjustment period needed to get used to your new mattress lasts about 1 month.
* Mattresses/toppers are not exchanged or returned unless they fall under the warranty conditions.

2) Pillows
All CottonMat pillows are covered by a 5-year replacement warranty.
The warranty requires the following care instructions:
* Do not expose directly to solar radiation and do not place near radiators.
* Only wash the cover according to the washing instructions on the label, not the core. The core should be aired regularly to keep the pad a healthy and clean environment.
In the case of a non-removable cover, wash the entire pillow according to the washing instructions on the label.

3) Covers
Covers are covered by a 5-year warranty provided washing instructions on the label are followed.
* Do not expose directly to solar radiation and do not place near radiators. Regular ventilation is also recommended.

4) Beds/ sofas
They are covered by a 10-year warranty on the frame and 2 years on the storage mechanism where applicable. The warranty does not cover wear and tear on fabric and foam padding. It's about repairing them, not replacing them.
